Refund and Returns Policy

Our Zero Return and Refund Policy is designed to streamline the purchasing process and ensure customer satisfaction. We prioritize providing accurate product descriptions and sizing information to minimize the chances of issues arising after purchase.
Refunds
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchased products. if any refund is approved it will processed within 5-7 business days to get reflected in original payment mode only
• In the event of a processing error or payment issue, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are wrongly Processed or incorrect in Size.
Shipping returns
• Returns are only applicable if the product delivered is incorrect in design or size.
• If you receive a product that does not match the description or size you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. if this require replacement it will be processed and delivered within 5-7 days
• To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase and photographs of the incorrect item.
• Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and condition.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
